Information submitted through the contact form
The contact form may collect a name, company name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type and the message provided by the sender.
How EluGen uses that information
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to inquiries and manage related business communications. EluGen may retain inquiry correspondence as reasonably needed for follow-up and business records.
Form processing
EluGen uses FormSubmit to process and deliver contact-form submissions. The contact form uses FormSubmit's default reCAPTCHA anti-spam protection, so submitting the form may also involve processing by Google reCAPTCHA. According to FormSubmit's documentation, form submissions are retained by FormSubmit for 30 days before deletion.
